“From Hiring to Firing-all the Pieces Should Fit”
On Tuesday, February 15, the Albany Area Employer Committee held its first seminar of the year at the Albany Career Center. The topic of the seminar was “From Hiring to Firing-all the Pieces Should Fit” and was given by Jimmy Lindsey, a 25-year HR Manager. Mr. Lindsey gave new and creative information to employers regarding the hiring and firing process. There were over 40 people in attendance for the morning seminar which included a continental breakfast.
