What do you believe is your Employer Committee's biggest challenge for your area, regarding the workforce?
MW: - Having the recent manufacturing lay-offs and downsizing is a challenge because a lot of these employees have skills in only one area.

MW: - The committee members are very friendly, and eagerly volunteer to help the community.
How active is your Employer Committee working in your community?
MW: - As stated before, the Employer Committee is extremely active. Of course, this is evident by the committee winning the “Committee of the Year” award at the annual conference.
Has your Employer Committee received any awards or special recognition?
MW: - Yes, 2006 Employer Committee of the Year award.
What future trends does your Employer Committee see in employment needs in your area?
MW: - With the possibility of another manufacturing company closing in the near future, being able to assist those workers who have little skills in other areas will be a huge benefit.
